Tonje Jenssen Espeland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in preparedness, crisis management, and research. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap (DSB) since August 2013, Tonje has also held various research assistant roles at notable institutions, including the University of Bergen, the United Nations University-EHS, and the German Development Institute.
