Paulo Leite has had an extensive career in the culinary industry, holding various chef positions at different restaurants and hotels. Paulo has worked as an Executive Chef at Discovery Hotel Management and Octant Ponta Delgada, and previously held the title of Chefe de cozinha at InterContinental Porto-Palacio das Cardosas and NH Collection Porto Batalha. Their culinary journey began as a Chef de partie at Restaurant Chocolat before moving on to The Yeatman as a Chef de Partie. Paulo Leite's education includes studying at EHTC, Turismo de Portugal IP from 2010 to 2012.
