Stephen Westerfield

Stephen Westerfield has a diverse work experience history. Stephen is currently working at Ditto as the Head of Business Development and Partnerships, a role they began in May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales at Ditto from October 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Ditto, Stephen was the President & Co-Founder of Droplit, Inc., an IoT platform-as-a-service company. During their time there from September 2016 to October 2022, they successfully built the company from scratch, achieving significant growth and leading fundraising, enterprise sales, and partnership efforts.

Stephen also has experience at Morgan Stanley, where they held the position of Chief of Staff, Firm Management from January 2013 to April 2016, and as Corporate Credit Sales, FID from May 2010 to December 2013.

Stephen'searlier work experience includes roles at CUTCO Cutlery. Stephen was a Senior Branch Manager from January 2009 to August 2009, achieving impressive revenue growth and sales productivity. As a Branch Manager from January 2008 to December 2008, they opened a new branch office in Santa Fe and became the top-selling manager in the Southwest US. Stephen's career started with CUTCO Cutlery as a Sales Representative from June 2007 to January 2008, where they ranked highly among national sales representatives.

Stephen Westerfield attended Davidson College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
