Marcel Wicht is a seasoned operations and quality management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Site Operations Manager at Dominion Salt Ltd since November 2022, Marcel leads the Lake Grassmere Management Team in achieving business targets and strategic goals. Prior to this role, Marcel held the position of Operations Manager at Taranaki Reinforcing Ltd, overseeing nationwide operations in manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
