Rostyslav Bershak

Rostyslav Bershak has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Rostyslav started their career as an intern at Site.pro in 2019, where they focused on sourcing new business prospects. Rostyslav then worked at Gridin's Group as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding, as well as project and logistics management.

In 2020, Rostyslav joined Eden Senior Care, LLC as a Healthcare Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and placing candidates within healthcare facilities. Rostyslav also worked at EPAM Systems as an IT Recruiter, serving as an HR business partner and coordinating local demand and supply. Rostyslav sourced, screened, interviewed, and placed candidates for contract opportunities at EPAM.

Currently, Rostyslav works as a Senior Recruiter at Dunn Solutions Group starting in April 2023.

Rostyslav Bershak completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from LCC International University in Lithuania. Rostyslav attended the university from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they also obtained two additional certifications: Managerial Finance Foundations from LinkedIn in January 2023 and Corporate Finance: Robust Financial Modeling from LinkedIn in December 2022.
