Artur Zielazny's work experience begins in 2004 at Internet Designers as a Web Developer and Java Programmer. In 2005, they worked at Siemens as a Software Development Specialist. Artur then joined Nokia Siemens Networks in 2006 as a Team Leader, responsible for leading a team of developers in customizing a telecommunication platform. In 2007, they moved to BLStream, where they held various roles, including Technical Project Leader and Technology Unit Manager. Artur also worked as a Business Development Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Director, responsible for managing teams, recruitment, and client collaboration. In 2016, Artur co-founded DK&A and served as the COO, overseeing the design and development of digital products and services. In 2023, they became the Chief Technology Officer at DK&A.

Artur Zielazny's education history starts in 2000 when they enrolled at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Artur pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science and completed their studies in 2005. In 2003, they had the opportunity to study at the Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) as part of their Master's Degree program. In 2005, they obtained the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition 5.0 certification from Sun Microsystems. This certification showcases their expertise in Java programming. Moving forward, in 2008, Artur earned the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, demonstrating their proficiency in utilizing the Scrum framework in project management. In 2009, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from Altkom Akademia, establishing their proficiency in project management methodology.

In 2010, Artur achieved the Certified Scrum Professional certification from the Scrum Alliance, signifying their advanced knowledge and skills in applying Scrum principles and practices. As they continued to develop professionally, Artur attained the CoachWise Coaching Essentials certification from the Coaching Center in 2012, showcasing their abilities in coaching and mentoring.

Finally, in 2015, they acquired the R Programming certification from Coursera, demonstrating their proficiency in statistical programming language R. Throughout their educational and professional career, Artur Zielazny has shown a dedication to continuous learning and enhancement of their skills in both computer science and related fields such as economics and project management.
