Lucy Portnoff

Lucy Portnoff has worked as a Data Scientist at Duolingo since August 2020. Prior to that, they were a Teaching Assistant for CS8: Foundations of Data Science at UC Berkeley College of Engineering from January 2019 to January 2020. Lucy also interned as a Data Analytics Intern at the Human Rights Campaign from May 2019 to August 2019.

Lucy Portnoff completed their high school education at Miramonte High School from 2012 to 2016. Lucy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Statistics at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2016 to 2020.
