Sophie Boyer

Sophie Boyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sophie started their career in 2011 at Atout France, where they worked as an eMarketing and Web editorial project Assistant. In this role, Sophie was responsible for web formatting, writing web content, correcting HTML code, and assisting partners through the CMS. Sophie then worked at Fair Communication as a Website and web content manager from 2012 to 2013.

In 2014, Sophie joined UMG - Universal as a Translator and Proofreader, where they worked until 2016. Sophie then worked as a French Teacher at iTalki and Lingolive from 2014 to 2020. Their role involved online one-on-one teaching to students of all levels and extensive use of live and online resources.

Sophie also had independent work experience as a French Tutor and French language coach and consultant at Sofrenchtutor from 2013 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Duolingo, starting in 2019. Their roles at Duolingo include Content Coordinator, French Pedagogy Expert, and Project Content Coordinator.

In 2011, Sophie Boyer attended EPH, where they focused on Management tourisme international and earned a Licence 3 degree in 2012.
