Fabian Weber

Fabian Weber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Fabian currently holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Dwyer Instruments, where they have led the digital transformation of the organization and achieved significant sales growth. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Innovation and Business Development at Northwire, Inc., where they played a key role in cultivating innovation and spearheading business development initiatives. Fabian also held the position of VP Business Development at Sonceboz Corporation, where they successfully developed new business and significantly increased sales. Earlier in their career, Fabian worked at Flextronics as a Project Manager and Design Engineer, contributing to the streamlining of processes and delivering world-class engineering solutions. Additionally, they worked as an instructor/lecturer at IBZ Schulen AG, teaching digital electronics and microprocessor technology. Fabian started their career as a System Administrator at PostFinance Ltd.

Fabian Weber's education history starts with their studies at the Centre Professionnel Tornos, where they obtained a Federal Certificate of Capacity in Electronics from 1992 to 1996. Fabian then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Microelectronics at HEIG-VD from 1996 to 2000.

In 2012 and 2013, Fabian attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, obtaining a Certified Professional Innovator certification in the field of Management of Breakthrough Innovation.
