Matthew Ferguson is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Earnin since November 2022. Previously, Matthew held the position of Director of Strategic Customer Success at DailyPay, Inc., where responsibilities included building a new team to manage strategic clients. Prior to that role, Matthew was Vice President of Customer Success at Edge by Ascential, a company formed through the merger of several analytics firms focused on retail and eCommerce insights. Matthew's career in customer insights began at Kantar, serving as Consumer Insight Director. Matthew holds a BSc in Management Sciences from Loughborough University, awarded in 2003.
