Natalie "Nat" Donovan has a diverse work experience history. Natalie "Nat" began their career as a Junior QA Tester at Springfree Trampoline in 2016, where they gained knowledge in testing and software development. In 2018, they joined CerebralFix Limited as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they focused on process improvement and QA involvement in the development pipeline. Natalie "Nat" also played a key role in driving initiatives and mentoring the QA team.

From 2010 to 2018, Nat worked as a Competitive Gymnastics Coach at Christchurch School of Gymnastics, managing competitions and creating term planning templates for athletes. In 2021, they became a Senior Competitive Gymnastics Coach at ICE Trampoline and Tumbling, where they mentored junior coaches and supported high-level athletes in their skill development.

Nat has also excelled in the field of sports as a Senior International Trampoline Athlete at Ice Trampoline and Tumbling NZ/Club Aviva BC. Natalie "Nat" achieved various accolades, including gold medals in trampoline competitions and a bronze in synchro at the senior international level.

In their current role as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at East Side Games, Nat has demonstrated their strong process-driven approach. Natalie "Nat" created workflows to minimize risk, increase communication, and track content and cloud-based data using Jira. Nat has also focused on front-end preparations to catch missing functionality before they turn into bugs during development. Additionally, they have set and reviewed obtainable goals with the QA team to support their career growth.

Nat Donovan began their education at the University of Canterbury in 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Sports Coaching degree with a specialization in Sports and Exercise. Natalie "Nat" completed their studies in 2012.
