Stephanie Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and community engagement across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Global Community Programs Manager at EasyVista since December 2022, Stephanie has designed and executed programs that enhance customer and partner engagement in alignment with the company's ITSM strategy. Previously, at Ivanti, Stephanie significantly improved the user group program and organized numerous events internationally. During a long tenure at Cherwell Software, Stephanie contributed to high customer retention rates through community engagement initiatives and played a pivotal role in marketing communications. Earlier career experiences include positions at The CSK Group, Writers3, HDI, Snohomish County PUD #1, and Boeing Commercial Airplanes, providing a strong foundation in marketing, project management, and technical design. Stephanie's educational background includes studies at the US Coast Guard Academy, U.S. Naval Academy Prep School, and ITT Technical Institute.
