Nick Townsend

Nick Townsend has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. Nick is currently serving as the Vice President Finance at Ecobat since October 2021. Before that, they worked at GE from 2016 to 2021, where they held various positions, including CFO - Aero Alliance, Finance Director - Cooper Machinery Services, Senior Integration Manager - PMO, and Senior Finance Manager - GE Oil & Gas. Prior to their tenure at GE, they worked at Chevron (NBL) from 2010 to 2016, holding positions such as CFO - Nicaragua, Investor Relations Manager, and Finance Manager - Africa. Nick started their career at BHP in 2005, where they completed the Finance Leadership Program and later served as Financial Controller - Corporate Finance.

Nick Townsend earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University between 2000 and 2004. Nick obtained an MBA in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 2006 to 2008. Recently, in 2021, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Finance from Harvard Business School.
