Mark Buckley

Mark Buckley has a strong background in economics and environmental studies, holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Davidson College and a PhD in Environmental Studies and Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Currently serving as a Senior Economist at ECONorthwest, Mark develops and manages projects evaluating benefits, costs, and tradeoffs associated with natural resources. Prior to this, Mark has worked as an Economist at Environmental Incentives, LLC, a Researcher at the University of Montana, and an Associate Economist at RTI International. Mark's expertise lies in economic analyses for water quality trading, resource management, policy design in multi-use landscapes, and technical economic analyses for various projects.
