Brian Parks

Brian Parks has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Brian is currently serving as the PMO Director at Elara Caring since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at USAA from 2003 to 2022, holding positions such as IT Director for Workforce Strategy and IT Director, Phoenix IT Workforce Operations. At USAA, they spearheaded the creation of an IT workforce location in Phoenix and designed a successful IT intern program.

Before USAA, Brian worked at EDS as an IT Program Manager from 2000 to 2003, where they played a key role in developing client partnerships and establishing project management practices. Brian also worked at SAIC as an IT Program Manager from 1996 to 2000, managing global project teams for the US Army Medical Command.

Brian's career started in the US Army, where they served as a Sergeant First Class from 1983 to 1998. Brian received extensive leadership training and specialized in military police, recruiting, and drill sergeant roles.

Brian Parks attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1992 to 1995, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
