Mark DiDomenico has extensive experience in the field of market research, insights, and customer success. Mark began their career in 1990 as a Senior Project Manager at The NPD Group. In 1997, they moved to Kellogg as a Manager of Market Research. In 2000, they joined Sara Lee Foodservice as a Director of Insights and Strategic Planning, where they built and led an insights function, developed Category Leadership Programs, and created a new product development and innovation research platform. In 2011, they became the Director of Customer Success at Datassential. In 2022, they joined ESA - Elohi Strategic Advisors as the Chief Insights Officer and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management as the Program Leader of the Executive Education Accelerated Marketing Leadership Program.

Mark DiDomenico attended Northwestern University from 1986 to 1990.
