Cassie Ward

Cassie Ward has an extensive work experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. Cassie started their career as an Aerodynamics Engineering Intern at Bell Helicopter in 2013. Cassie then worked as a Design Engineer at Rolls-Royce from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they joined Boeing as a Flight Test Engineer from 2016 to 2018, and subsequently worked at Kitty Hawk in the same role from 2018 to 2019. Cassie then transitioned to Lockheed Martin as a Systems Integration Engineer from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Amazon as a Program Manager and later moved to Kitty Hawk as a Technical Program Manager for a brief period. In 2022, they worked as a Technical Program Manager at Astra, and later joined Xwing in the same role until early 2023. Currently, they are employed at Elroy Air as a Flight Test Engineer. Cassie Ward's diverse experience includes roles ranging from engineering to program management, indicating their expertise and adaptability in the field.

Cassie Ward completed their education in the field of Aerospace Engineering. Cassie obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Cassie further pursued their academic journey and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, studying from 2015 to 2018.
