Shabab Huda

Shabab Huda has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR. Shabab has held various senior management positions, including Senior Manager- HR (Lead) at Emami Ltd, Senior Manager in the HR department at JAAGO Foundation, and HR Business Partner & Senior Manager (Training & OD HRM) at RFL Group. Shabab has also worked as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at X Index Companies and Basumati Group. Additionally, they have held positions as an HR Manager at Maxwell Stamp and a Senior HR Executive at JOBS-ICT Private Limited. Shabab began their career with an internship at Citibank N.A. Throughout their professional journey, Shabab has been involved in a range of HR responsibilities, including employee recruitment, talent management, performance optimization, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. Shabab has also played a key role in strategic planning, policy development, and ensuring legal compliance within organizations.

Shabab Huda's education history is as follows:

- In 2021, they attended the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, where they pursued an HRMC in Management Development degree, focusing on Human Resources Development.

- From 2012 to 2013, they studied at the University of Westminster, earning an MA in Marketing Management. Their field of study was Marketing/Marketing Management, General.

- In 2010-2011, they attended the Bangladesh Institute of Management Studies (BIMS) and completed a diploma, specializing in PGD-HRM.

- Between 2003 and 2007, they studied at North South University, obtaining a BBA degree in International Business and Human Resource Management.

- In 2001, they completed A-Levels at Dhanmondi Tutorial.

- Their secondary education was at Siddiqui's International School, where they completed O-Levels from 1999 to 2001.
