Glenn Temple

Glenn Temple has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to information security and technology. Glenn is currently serving as the Global Head of Information Security Operations at Encore Capital Group, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Information Security Manager at the same company from September 2020 to March 2023. Before joining Encore Capital Group, Glenn was an Information Security Consultant at Turner & Townsend from January 2019 to July 2020. Glenn also served as the UK Security Operations Centre (SOC) Manager at Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC from July 2017 to January 2019. Glenn has a strong background in cyber security design and strategy, having worked as the Head of Operational Security at Redcentric from 2016 to 2017. Glenn also has experience in managing technical support teams, as well as project management roles at companies such as InTechnology Plc, HBOS, and TNS. Glenn began their career as a Network Engineer at Vanco in 1997 and later held the position of Network Support Manager at BSkyB from 1999 to 2006. Overall, Glenn Temple has a diverse range of experience in information security, technology management, and project management.

Glenn Temple obtained a degree in Electronics from the University of East Anglia, where they studied Electronic Engineering from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued Electronics at Oxford Brookes University from 1992 to 1995.
