Jim Gott

Jim Gott has over 20 years of experience in program and project management. Jim is currently working at Amido as a Senior Consultant. Previously, they worked at Halfords as an IT Delivery Manager leading a team of 12 Project Managers. At comparethemarket.com, they served as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for project delivery, maintenance, and operational support for the Motor products. Prior to that, at BGL Group, they were a Senior Program Manager, overseeing partner programs and leading a Group-wide procurement review. Before that, at E.ON, they held roles as a Programme Manager and Project Manager, delivering credit risk scoring and implementing sales products. Jim also has experience at AMP, where they worked as a Project Manager and Project Leader, implementing customer service change programs and image enabling customer requests. Jim brings a wealth of experience in program and project management roles to their current position.

Jim Gott attended Spalding Grammar School from 1981 to 1988. Jim did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Additionally, they hold a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership, obtained from the Chartered Management Institute in July 2012. Furthermore, they are certified as a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, which they obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2023.
