Cynthia Gloodt has a diverse background in the food service industry, with experience in various roles and companies. Cynthia started their career at United Airlines as a General Manager Dining Services before joining Sysco, where they held positions as a Non-Food Supply Specialist, District Manager, and Marketing Specialist. Cynthia then transitioned to Preferred Restaurant Services, where they worked in Business Development and Marketing. After that, they joined Good Food Organics as the Director of Operations, Sales, and Marketing. Cynthia later joined Sodexo as a General Manager and eventually became a Senior Marketing Manager. Currently, they are working at Entegra as a Senior Manager Client Services and Select Business Market Director.

Cynthia Gloodt has a BA in Business from DePaul University and an Executive Chef Certification in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Washburne Culinary School. In 2013, they obtained a Carbon Strategy Practitioner-CSP certification from IEMA.
