Courtney Blocker has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they served as the Director of Customer Support at Eptura, leading regional support teams in the Americas and APAC. They were responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for customer support and scaling support operations to global markets. Prior to that, Courtney worked as a Senior Solutions Analyst at Wawanesa Insurance, a Director at RAPID RTC, and a Senior Director at Market Force Information. They also held positions at Clear Concepts, Manitoba NetSet Ltd., Cabela's, Lifetouch, MTS Allstream, and Shaw Communications, gaining experience in project management, IT operations, technical support, and more.

Courtney Blocker attended the Midwestern School of Business and Technology (Robertson College) from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Network Engineering Professional Program (NEP). Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Sisler High School between 1991 and 1995. Courtney has also obtained several additional certifications including the Market Force Information Leadership Academy in 2017, Veeam Technical Sales Professional certifications from 2014 to 2015, VMware Technical Solutions Professional certification in 2014, Fundamentals of Leadership certification from Cabela's in 2012, and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification in 1999.
