Luke Zaller

Luke Zaller has extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Luke has held various leadership positions in companies such as Eptura, Smartsheet, PatientPop Inc., DJO Global, AMN Healthcare, Infrascale, Medical Scribe Systems, International Checkout Inc., National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and Applied Data Specialists. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing and scaling customer support teams, implementing CRM tools and processes, improving case resolution time and customer satisfaction metrics, fostering collaboration across departments, and aligning business processes with enterprise technology. Luke'sexpertise lies in building world-class customer support organizations and driving customer success initiatives.

Luke Zaller obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Loyola Marymount University from 1997 to 2001. Luke also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy during the same period. Prior to their university education, Luke attended Brophy College Preparatory. In addition, Luke has recently obtained certification as a Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet in 2021.
