Camila Williams-Johnson McIpd

Camila Williams-Johnson is the Group Head of People and Culture at eQuality Solutions, responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to the Exec Board and Group companies. Prior to this role, Camila served as Deputy Head of HR at Prospect union and as an HR Business Partner at Imperial War Museums. With a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Camila has a strong background in HR advisory services, recruitment, performance management, and policy development. At Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, Camila worked as an HR Adviser, providing generalist HR support to staff and contributing to the introduction of a new performance appraisal system.
