Tripti Sheel

Tripti Sheel has a diverse work experience in the field of retail and brand management. Starting in 2004, they worked as a visual merchandiser for various companies including Pyramid Retail Ltd, Hypercity Retail India Ltd, and Hypercity India Retail Ltd. In 2007, they became an Assistant Manager in Marketing & Branding at Aditya Birla Retail Limited. Tripti then joined Infiniti Retail Limited, Croma A Tata Enterprises in 2008 as a Visual Merchandiser and later became the National Head of Visual Merchandising & Communication. In 2011, they founded Silent Routes, a visual merchandise specialist company, and simultaneously worked at The 4P Solutions as a Co-Founder. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Retail & Experience Designer at Future Group India. In 2016, they joined Metawear Limited as the Associate Vice President of Customer Experience Design, responsible for shaping customer journeys and driving customer conversion rates. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Brands at Ergode since 2022.

Tripti Sheel earned their B.A. degree in Economics from St. John's College in Agra, from the year 2000 till 2003. Following this, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Retail Management from the Pearl Academy of Fashion from 2003 till 2005.
