Norma Morganti

Norma Morganti has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Norma currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Management at Evergreen Nephrology since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ArchWell Health, where they served as the Vice President Human Resources from June 2021 to November 2022 and as the Director, Human Resources from April 2021 to June 2022. Norma also held the role of Director - Organizational and Talent Development at Conviva Care Solutions from April 2018 to April 2021. Before that, they worked at Humana as a Learning Manager - Care Delivery Organization from April 2015 to March 2018. Norma Morganti has prior experience in academia as well, having served as the Executive Director - Health Information Technology at Cuyahoga Community College- Corporate College from August 2012 to January 2015 and as the Executive Director Midwest Community College Health Information Technology Consortium from September 2009 to July 2013. Norma has also held leadership positions at Auburn Career Center as the Executive Director from June 2008 to September 2009, at Perry Public Schools as the Chief Technology Officer from September 1997 to June 2008, and at Ernst and Young as a Senior Consultant from 1994 to 1997.

Norma Morganti obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Miami University between the years 1981 and 1985.
