Catherine Choe

Catherine Choe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Catherine is currently the Director of Legal at Everlaw, where they advise the Chief Legal Officer on legal department operations and strategy. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Legal Operations Manager at Everlaw, where they focused on repairing the relationship between Legal and Sales.

Before joining Everlaw, Catherine founded TFL Compass, where they created processes and tools to streamline operations between Legal and go-to-market teams. Catherine also advised on the operational effectiveness of a regional sales organization.

Earlier in their career, Catherine was the Principal at Canyon Snow Consulting, where they established a compliance and ethics practice and expanded the client base to include Fortune 500 companies. Catherine also worked at CEB (now Gartner) in various roles, including Senior Director of Executive Education, where they advised heads of various departments on improving their workflows and achieving their goals.

Catherine's work experience also includes roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they specialized in investment decision analysis and developed infrastructure assurance policies for the Department of Defense, and at Gilberg & Kiernan, where they worked as an Associate.
