Laura Delves (Kelly) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura started their career as a Marketing and Admin Assistant at Trusted Services Event Support, where they provided office support and worked on marketing initiatives. Laura then joined Bank of America as a Customer Satisfaction Representative, responding to customer inquiries and achieving performance targets. Laura then worked at INSEAD Business School and IESE Business School as a Program Coordinator in their Executive Education departments, managing customized training programs for corporate clients. Laura later joined Vistaprint as a Recruiting Coordinator, Senior Project Associate, and Project Specialist, focusing on talent acquisition operations. Laura then worked at Cimpress as the HR Operations Lead and Manager of HR Operations for the Europe region. Laura'smost recent role was at Excelitas Technologies Corp., where they served as the Senior Manager and Director of Talent Management & Organization Development.
