Alex Morozov

SVP Head Of Clinical Development at Exelixis

Alex Morozov has extensive work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Alex currently serves as the SVP Head of Clinical Development at Exelixis since December 2022. In addition to their role at Exelixis, they also hold positions as a Board Member at GlobalRise and Health Tech Without Borders, starting in October 2022 and November 2022 respectively. Prior to their current positions, Alex held several leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, including VP, Head of Digital Health, Global Drug Development from November 2021 to October 2022, and Vice President, Oncology Clinical Team Leader from November 2019 to November 2021. Alex also worked at Pfizer as a Clinical Group Leader, Oncology, Clinical Development and Operations from October 2016 to November 2019, and as a Senior Medical Director, Global Clinical Leader - Immunooncology from February 2015 to October 2016. Alex has also held various positions at other organizations such as Novartis, ImClone Systems (a subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company), Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Alex Morozov earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1995. Subsequently, they completed their MD-PhD in Medicine and Genetics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 1996 to 2004.
