Theresa Graninger

Theresa Graninger is an experienced professional with a robust background in payroll, benefits, wellness program management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Global Payroll & Benefits at Exiger, Theresa has progressively advanced through various roles including Sr. Manager and Global Payroll Lead since April 2018. Prior experience includes a Business & Operations Manager position at Laura Hames Franklin, LLC, and multiple roles at LinkedIn where Theresa drove wellness initiatives for thousands of employees. Previous positions as a Certified Personal Trainer and Accounting Analyst contributed to a comprehensive skill set in employee wellness and financial management. Theresa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University and further training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
