Craig Ferrara started their work experience in 2008 as a Traffic Coordinator at Extension Media Publishing. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Video Assets Producer at IGN Entertainment. In 2010, they joined Gigya and held various roles such as Director and Senior Director of Identity Strategy Consulting, where they managed teams and worked with customers to develop user Identity strategies. From 2017 to 2020, Craig worked at SAP as a Director and Senior Director of Value & Adoption Strategy, providing services to assist customers in maximizing the value of their cloud solutions. In 2021, they joined BigPanda as the Head of Value & Adoption, responsible for their AIOps platform. Currently, Craig is the VP of Customer Success at Experience.com as of 2023.

Craig Ferrara received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis from 2003 to 2007. Craig studied Design with an emphasis in Visual Communication, as well as Graphic Design.
