Rocedar S.

Rocedar S. has extensive work experience in various HR roles. They started their career in 1997 as a Pension Payments Specialist at Bank of America. They then worked as a Trust Associate II at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company from 1998 to 2000.

In 2000, Rocedar joined Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, where they held positions as Benefits Specialist, HR Rep II, Human Resources Manager, and finally, Human Resources Director from 2010 to 2012, overseeing multiple departments and locations.

From 2012 to 2015, Rocedar worked as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Snyder's-Lance, Inc., a snack food manufacturing company, where they provided HR leadership and built business partnerships.

Since 2015, Rocedar has been working at Extended Stay America. They initially served as the Director of Human Resources for the Corporate Support Center. Later, they became the Director of HR, focusing on Talent Acquisition and HR Compliance. Currently, Rocedar holds the position of Senior Director, overseeing Talent Acquisition and HR Compliance. Extended Stay America is the leading provider of extended stay hotels in the United States.

Throughout their career, Rocedar has gained experience in various aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, compliance, leadership, and building effective business partnerships.

Rocedar S. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Rocedar S. also pursued a Master of Human Resources Development at Clemson University.
