Keith Norris

Keith Norris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Keith currently holds the position of Chief Sales Officer at Eye Care Leaders, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, Keith served as Vice President Field Sales Eye Care Professional Channel at Hoya Vision Care from September 2018 to April 2020. From July 2011 to August 2018, they were an Entrepreneur and Owner of NBalance Hot Yoga & Fitness. Before that, Keith worked at Essilor Laboratories of America, first as Vice President Sales & Strategic Accounts from November 2004 to January 2010, and then as Vice President Sales - Eye Care Professional Channel from January 2010 to June 2011. Keith began their career at Ernst & Young as an Associate Director from February 2003 to September 2004. Prior to that, Keith held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Experian from January 1999 to April 2002.

Keith Norris earned a B.B.A. in Business from Austin Peay State University, which they attended from 1980 to 1985. Keith further pursued their education at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained an M.A. in Organizational Management from 1990 to 1992.
