Michael Szewczyk is the Head of Customer Success and Co-Founder at Factor.io. Michael has also previously worked as a Course Assistant at Stanford University and as a Product Management Intern at TALKINGTECH.

Michael Szewczyk has a passion for helping others and making things run smoothly. Michael believes that by offering customers choice and flexibility, it’s easier for them to pay their bills promptly and increase the overall brand experience. This passion has led him to their current role at Factor.io, where they are responsible for making sure customers are successful in using the product.

Prior to their work at Factor.io, Michael was a Course Assistant at Stanford University, where they assisted Lecturers with curriculum development and acted as a resource for students during the 3 month course. Michael also gained experience in the product management field through their internship at TALKINGTECH, where they worked on projects for some of the biggest names in the financial services, telecoms, and utilities markets across the world.

Michael Szewczyk’s experience in customer success and product management make him an asset to any team. Michael's dedication to their work and their passion for helping others are sure to lead him to continued success in their career.

Michael Szewczyk has a Master’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Mechanical Eng: Design for Customer Value and Market Success. Michael also has two BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering, one from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the other from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
