Lyndsay Holley Handler began their career in 1997 as an Athlete on the United States Junior National Luge Team. In 2004, they became a Fellow at the Haas Center for Public Service at Stanford University. In 2006, they became the Director of Operations at Village Enterprise. Two years later, in 2008, they were promoted to Senior Director of Programs & Operations at the Village Enterprise Fund. In 2012, they joined Fenix International as East Africa Business Development & Sales Manager, East Africa Managing Director, and eventually CEO. In 2020, they became a Coach, Advisor, and Director for entrepreneurs, CEOs, and C-level leadership in Africa. Finally, in 2021, they joined Factor[e] Ventures as Partner & Chief Venture Builder.

Lyndsay Holley Handler attended Lake Placid High School from 1996 to 2000. Lyndsay Holley then went on to Stanford University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a specialization in International Political Economy in 2004.
