Rachel Duffy is an accomplished professional in strategic partnerships and trademark licensing, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Licensing and the Director of Trademark Licensing at Syracuse University since July 2018. Duffy also represents the university on the Fair Labor Association Monitoring Committee and Fair Compensation Working Group, having served on the Board of Directors for the Worker Rights Consortium from July 2019 to June 2023 and the International Collegiate Licensing Association from July 2018 to January 2021. Prior experience includes directing trademarks and licensing at the University of Delaware and managing trademark licensing and enforcement at Boise State University. Duffy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational and Relational Communication from Boise State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management at Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
