Max Zelenov

Max Zelenov has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering and IT management. Max is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Federated Wireless since December 2018. Prior to that, Max held the role of Director of Software Development at Quest Software from November 2016 to August 2018, where they led an agile team in developing a leading SaaS offering on Azure. Max also worked at Dell as a Senior Software Development Manager from February 2012 to November 2016, managing agile development teams and overseeing resource management and staffing. Before Dell, Max played a key role in the success and eventual acquisition of AppAssure Software by Dell, working as a Principal member of the startup's core team from June 2006 to February 2012. Earlier in their career, Max worked as a Senior IT Engineer at Mantas, a Senior Systems Analyst at Symantec / Veritas, and an IT Manager at Precise Software Solutions. Max started their career at WQuinn as an IT Manager and Microsoft Exchange Engineer. Max has a strong background in agile development, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure management.

Max Zelenov holds a Master's Degree in Engineering, certified by WES (World Education Services), which they obtained from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS" during the years 1992-1998. In addition to their degree, Max Zelenov also has the certification of MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional) from Microsoft, which they obtained in March 2005.
