Polina Efimova has a diverse work experience in various marketing and communications roles. Polina started their career as an Assistant PR Manager at PRP - A Weber Shandwick Affiliate Company in 2016. Polina then joined Nokia as a Technical Writer, where they collaborated with R&D teams to create customer-friendly documentation. After that, Polina worked at Sauce Labs as a Marketing Coordinator, where they focused on B2B online marketing campaigns, community engagement, and organizing meetups. Polina then joined Stepsize as a Growth Marketer, contributing to the company's growth strategy. Most recently, they worked at Y42 and FileWave as a Growth Marketing Manager, responsible for driving marketing initiatives.
