Max Young has had a varied career in the finance and professional development industries. In 2021, they began working as the Head of Coach Team and Researcher at Fingerprint for Success (F4S), a People Analytics tool. Prior to this, they were the Lead Coach and Coach Trainer at The Coaching Room from 2014-2021, a personal and professional development company. From 2011-2014, Max worked as a Paraplanner at Newell Palmer Securities, a privately owned financial advisory. Max also held two roles in the finance industry prior to this, as a Mortgage Servicing Adviser at National Australia Bank from 2011-2014 and a Business Lending Specialist at Westpac from 2010-2011.

Max Young attended Newington College prior to 2004, and then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Economics with a focus in Finance and Financial Econometrics from UNSW between 2005 and 2009. In 2014, they began studying Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at The Foundation. In 2019, they earned a F4S For Entrepreneurship from Fingerprint For Success and an F4S Assessment Engine from Fingerprint 4 Success. Additionally, Max Young has obtained certifications as an Associate Certified Meta-Coach from the Meta-Coach Foundation, an Integral Semantic Facilitator and a Neuro Semantic NLP Master Practitioner from The Coaching Room, and a Neuro Semantic NLP Practitioner and The Coaching Room Accredited Developmental Coach from The Coaching Room.
