Tanya Ladd

Tanya Ladd has extensive experience in talent development and leadership development. Tanya has held various roles in different organizations, including Sr. Director at First Student, Director at the University of Cincinnati, and Sr. Performance and Talent Consultant at Omnicare. Tanya has also worked as a Corporate Trainer at Western & Southern Financial Group, Learning Consultant at WorkflowOne, and Central Region Marketing Sales Trainer at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. In addition, they have experience as a Regional Training Specialist at Anthem Alliance Health Insurance Company, Trainer & Instructional Designer at Matrixx Marketing, and Social Service Worker at Hamilton County Department of Human Services. Throughout their career, Tanya has demonstrated a passion for learning and development, as well as a strong ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

Tanya Ladd obtained a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Xavier University in the years 2008 to 2010. Tanya also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, with no specified start or end years.
