Neda Goodarzi

Neda Goodarzi has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Neda is currently working as the Director of Portfolio Management | Analytics & Insights at First National Financial LP. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Analytics at Starlight Investments and as a Senior Analyst in Canadian Multi-Family Asset Management at the same company. Neda also worked as a Real Estate Financial Analyst at CBRE, where they managed a portfolio of industrial and commercial leasing real estates. Before that, they were a Corporate Finance Analyst at Arjan Capital Ltd, where they conducted financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic business reviews for clients. Neda also worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Kian Capital, where they launched fundamental thesis and financial modeling for portfolio investments. Neda started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Amin Investment Bank, where they performed market and industry research and conducted fairness opinions in IPOs.

Neda Goodarzi completed a Certificate of Financial Planning and Analysis at Ryerson University in 2018.
