Caroline James

Caroline James has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Caroline recently worked at FitFlop as the Chief Product Officer, where they focused on product development and merchandising. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Product Merchandising Director at FitFlop. Caroline also has experience at Joseph Ltd as the Global Head of Merchandising. Caroline worked at Perry Ellis International as the Head of Merchandising, Product Development, and Design for Europe, and at J.W. Anderson and M.i.h Jeans as a Senior Consultant. Earlier in their career, Caroline held senior positions at PVH, Buckle My Shoe, DKNY, Pied a Terre Footwear and Clothing, and Warnaco. Caroline'sroles varied from merchandising and buying to business analysis.

Caroline James attended UCL from 1986 to 1989, where they completed a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Economics.
