Ashley Zabenco, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2004, Ashley worked as a Crew Leader at Penn Station East Coast Subs before moving on to UPS as a Package Handler in 2007. In 2008, Ashley joined Humana as a Customer Service Specialist and continued in that role until 2011 when Ashley became an Account Services Intern at Bisig Impact Group.
In 2011, Ashley also joined American Income Life Insurance Company as a Sales Agent, where they exceeded sales quotas and demonstrated strong self-management and organizational skills. This position was followed by a return to Humana as a Customer Service Specialist from 2011 to 2012.
Ashley's next role was as a Marketing Coordinator at American Family Dental Group from 2012 to 2014. During this time, Ashley successfully implemented and coordinated marketing campaigns across multiple locations and significantly increased website hits and social media presence.
From 2012 to 2014, Ashley served as the Marketing Chair at the Louisville Economic Chamber of Commerce, where they led marketing strategy and increased event attendance and membership.
Ashley then joined Humana as a Business Analyst in 2014, working on projects related to pharmacy digital implementation and consumer messaging and digital support. In these roles, Ashley demonstrated excellent project management skills, budget management, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
In 2016, Ashley briefly worked as a Marketing Specialist II - Project Lead at DISH Network, where they led spend reduction initiatives and collaborated with cross-functional teams.
Since 2016, Ashley has been working at FJA-US, Inc., primarily in the healthcare division. They started as a Senior Business Analyst, taking on various roles such as Product Owner, QA, PM, Release Manager, and Scrum Master to address stakeholder needs and manage large software projects. Ashley then advanced to the role of Business Analyst Team Lead, managing a team of 4+ people and leading internal strategic initiatives for the healthcare product suite. Currently, Ashley serves as an Engagement Manager for the healthcare division, overseeing customer relationships, driving product implementations, and contributing to sales and onboarding activities.
Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated strong leadership qualities, project management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Their experience spans a variety of industries, and they have consistently delivered successful results in improving customer experiences, increasing revenue, and managing complex projects.
Ashley Zabenco earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Marketing from the University of Louisville from 2007 to 2011. Ashley then pursued further education and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Business and Leadership from Metropolitan State University of Denver, graduating in 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ashley obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2018.
