Hamish McLauchlan

Hamish McLauchlan has a strong background in development and project management. Hamish started their career as a Development Project Manager at the PPP Project Group, working on development projects for the London Borough of Lambeth from 2004 to 2007. Hamish then joined Lend Lease as a Senior Development Project Manager from 2007 to 2010. Hamish later worked at COMPLETE Urban as a Development Manager from 2011 to 2013, and then as a Regional Manager in NSW from 2013 to 2015. Hamish joined Fletcher Living in 2015 and held roles as a Development Manager from 2015 to 2017, and then as a Senior Development Manager from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Hamish is working at Fletcher Building as the Head of Asset Management since July 2019, and recently became the Head of Industrial Development in July 2020.

Hamish McLauchlan has a Masters of International Project Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. Hamish also holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (hons.) from Lincoln University (NZ) and a Post Graduate Certificate of Corporate Finance from the London School of Business and Finance LSBF. In addition, they have obtained a certification from ExecOnline, Inc. in Implementing Winning Strategies from Columbia Business School.
