Niklas Matthias

Niklas Matthias has a diverse and extensive work experience. Niklas currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at Flowers-Software GmbH, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ng-voice GmbH, where they held the roles of Business Operations Lead from March 2022 to March 2023 and Business Operations Manager from November 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining ng-voice GmbH, Niklas worked at McKinsey & Company as a Fellow from January 2021 to October 2021, and as a Junior Fellow from October 2019 to December 2020. Niklas also gained internship experience at Siemens Management Consulting in 2019, Oliver Wyman in 2019, Horváth & Partners Management Consultants in 2018, ConPolicy in 2017, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Employment, and Transport for Lower Saxony in 2017.

Additionally, Niklas served as a Teaching Assistant for the Department of German at Amherst College from August 2016 to May 2017, where they conducted teaching units and organized weekly cultural events. Niklas also worked as a State Coach at Tischtennis-Verband Niedersachsen E.V. from September 2014 to August 2016.

Niklas Matthias completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Göttingen, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. During their time at the university, they focused on psychology as their field of study. Additionally, in 2016 and 2017, they attended Amherst College as a non-degree student, taking courses in Politics, Economics, and Computer Science. Furthermore, in November 2014, Niklas obtained a certification as a DOSB-Trainer B in Leistungssport (high-performance sport) specifically for table tennis, from the Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund institution.
