Antonella Scivetti

Antonella Scivetti has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Antonella worked at Flowserve Corporation as a Lead HR Business Partner for Italy and FCD EMA starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they were a Regional HR Manager at Flowserve Corporation from January 2018 to November 2019. Before joining Flowserve, Antonella worked at BD where they held various positions including Country HR Partner. In this role, they were responsible for people and organizational development, M&A and union relations, and compensation and benefits. Antonella also achieved notable accomplishments such as designing and launching a local Talent Academy and a Flexible Benefit program. Antonella also worked as an HR Business Partner at BD from 2008 to 2013. Before BD, they held HR roles at Bayer, Schering, and Essex - Schering Plough, where they gained experience in people development, sales effectiveness, and congress organization.

Antonella Scivetti obtained a diploma in the field of commercial technical studies from the Isituto tecnico commerciale "Piero della Francesca" in 1994. From 1994 to 2001, they attended Università degli Studi di Milano - Bicocca, where they earned a degree in Economia e Commercio with a specialization in Economia Aziendale. Antonella also obtained certifications in Professional Coaching in 2017, SHL - CEB Global (Personality and ability tests) in 2014, and PDI 360° Profilor from PDI Ninth House, a Korn/Ferry Company in 2010.
