Katherine Retamozo has experience in various HR roles, starting in 2017 as an HR Assistant at Dimerc Office Perú. In this role, they were responsible for contract management, attendance tracking, and reporting. Katherine then worked as a Labor Relations Intern at Mondelēz International, where they handled disciplinary procedures, termination processes, and supported union compliance. Katherine also served as a People Intern at Procter & Gamble, gaining exposure to HR operations. Katherine then joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a People Intern, where they managed personnel administration, handled onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisted in labor relations. Prior to their current role, Katherine worked as an HR Executive at PAE Global, where they managed personnel administration. Currently, they serve as a People BP Perú at Foodology Inc.
Katherine Retamozo completed their education in various institutions over the years. In 2010, they enrolled at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and pursued a degree in Turismo, which they completed in 2014. Subsequently, in 2015, they attended Zegel Ipae, where they obtained an Especialización in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. From 2017 to 2020, Katherine attended the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, focusing on Administración de empresas. Most recently, in 2021, they studied Lean Human Resources at Universidad del Pacífico (PE).
