The Coaching and Mentoring team at Force Femmes provides personalized guidance and support to women over 45 who are unemployed, helping them navigate their job search or business creation journeys. Comprised of experienced volunteers—ranging from professional coaches to HR consultants—this team offers tailored coaching, workshops, and resources to empower women while addressing age and gender discrimination in the workforce, facilitating their successful reintegration or entrepreneurial ventures.
