Sandeep Khengare

Sandeep Khengare is an experienced professional in automotive seating systems, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Seating System at Ford Motor Company since February 2023, where the primary focus includes developing innovative and cost-effective seating solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Tesla from October 2017 to March 2023, with responsibilities spanning from Sr. Staff Engineer to Sr. Mechanical Engineer, contributing to various Tesla models. Sandeep also worked at Cresttek supporting Honda R&D and held multiple positions at Johnson Controls, leading engineering efforts for seats in Ford Everest and various KIA, Hyundai, and GM vehicles. Sandeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
