Mark Hapeman

Mark Hapeman's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2014, they served as the Vice President and General Manager for the Houston branch of Aldridge, where they improved customer satisfaction and built a new team. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Fulcrum Technology Solutions as the Director of Sales, responsible for managing an internal sales team and partner relationships. In 2017, they briefly served as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Egis Cyber Solutions, specializing in cyber security assessments and professional services. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Solutions Account Manager at PremierComm, managing accounts and achieving an annual gross profit quota. In 2019, they joined SecureStrux LLC as the Director of Operations and later took on the role of Client Success Manager. In 2021, they became a Certified Coach at System & Soul and a Partner & Operator at RevenueOps.Co, providing revenue operations consulting for B2B companies. In 2021, they also joined Sage Business Coaching as a Fractional COO/Integrator, assisting companies with sales and customer service breakthroughs. Mark Hapeman earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1991. Mark later pursued a Master's degree in Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, completing it from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History from Villanova University between 1994 and 1996.
